We are a team of specialist renovation builders, an division of the construction company Jawcon Pty Ltd.  Our business name, Unit Refurbishments is a bit of a misnomer and comes from when we started as specialists in unit renovations.  Now our renovation business has grown and we now also provide renovation services to the commercial market in Brisbane and South-East Queensland.

We undertake small office renovations through to high-rise commercial building renovations.  Our renovation builders are highly flexible, totally professional and with our excellent relationships with the best of Brisbane’s trades people we can assist in both small and large commercial renovations.

Types of commercial renovations that our team undertake include external building renovations, internally we can undertake a full renovation or only certain rooms such as common areas, entrance halls, reception areas, toilet facilities etc.
